Period - From 16th March 2015 to till date.
Position - Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist.

Currently working with Symantec Corporation as (Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist- IPAM & F5-
Load balancer)
Am managing symantec worldwide IPAM/Infoblox setup, solution design and Installation/movement of
new infoblox devices, Migration of domains for newly acquired organizations. Support for day to day
troubleshooting with network team for DNS/DHCP Issues. Managing external DNS on third-party tools
like – UltraDNS .
Also working on F5 Network load balancer Products (LTM, GTM, & EM), maintain the SLA with the
customer, Handling the Level 2/3 calls, active involvement in the solution design and implementation
of the F5 product for the Client ( Network security Domain ).

Work Responsibility – DDI/Infoblox


o Worked with the installation of new Infoblox Trinzic appliances for Grid refresh
o Familiar with Trinzic appliances TE-100, TE-810, TE-1410, TE-2220.
o Migration of core DNS, DHCP and NTP services from Microsoft to Infoblox.
o Migration of newly acquired domains on infoblox / UltraDNS.
o Implementing DDNS Proof of Concept to control Microsoft DNS and DHCP
o Supporting Test/Lab and Production environments and documenting the request/incidents
o Creation of TID (technical Implementation documents), Switch port configurations.

Work Responsibility – F5-Load balancer


o Working as a Level 2 operation support for global F5 Load balancer Infrastructure in one of the
renowned Security Solutions Providers, Symantec (Global).
o Supporting 24*7 environment that include approx. 100+ F5 load balancers LTM, GTM &
Enterprise Manager.
o Global network support for the Client (Network security Domain).
o Working on F5 LTM & GTM ver.10.x, 11.x , 12.x also Enterprise Manager, BIG IQ.
o Responsible for planning and implementation of Lodabalancer changes including SSL
offloading, SSL Profile & Persistence Profile in F5 BigIP Loadbalancers (LTM version 11 and
12.x).
o Creation & renewal of SSL certificates on F5 LTM, Configuration of Wide IP & Wide IP Pool
on F5 GTM, troubleshooting of advanced Load Balancer problems.
o Upgrading TMOS on F5 LTM & GTM.
o Build & deployment of new VCMP guest as per application requirement.
o Configure I-rule to manages application traffic redirection, based of application requirements.
o Configure / Manage AFM (Advanced firewall module) to create different AFM policy, rules to
prevent virtual services to be exposed to external network.

o Assisting on the Release activity, which requires the traffic redirect on LTM & GTM Level as
per the Release Schedule & plan.
