Mob and de-mobilization and insurance (with proper handling include loading and unloading all tools, spare parts, include certified crane operator) by third Party b. Record initial and final data at KPJB site and at Workshop: IR, PI, winding resistance, RTD and TC, space heater. c. Disassembly the motor and pull out the rotor for detailed inspection. d. Cleaning the stator and rotor by proper method (Steam / Electrical cleaner) Rotor a. Shaft Clearance, Penetrant Test (PT) b. Magnetic check, Growler test, Ring Flux. }- c. Run out and balancing. d. Check rotor parts by visual, such as: short ring, retainer ring, rotor bar, rotor core, rotor core retainer ring. NOTE: in case of abnormal found, third party must repair it by using proper method, with no additional cost e. Bearing replacement, bearing and grease provided by KPJB. Motor vibration (horizontal, vertical, and axial) on both sides with acceptance criteria based on ISO 10816-3:2009 > record the data d. RPM check and noise measurement >1 mtr from motor (refer to IEC 60034- 9 [83] or manual 4, Procurement Process 4.2. Reason of refurbish: a. There are 3 FA Conveying Air Compressor motor, 2 must running (1 compressor/each unit) and 1 standby. 24 hours continuous running. b. Condition of motor 1. FA Conveying Air Compressor A motor: more than 10 years running 2. FA Conveying Air Compressor B motor: more than 10 years running 3. FA Conveying Air Compressor C motor: new motor. There are no spare parts available in the warehouse, spare parts are needed as a backup in case of damage. T only 1 FA Conveying Air Compressor is running, then 1 of the units (unit 3 or 4) must be shutdown. 5. Delivery of material and/or services 5.1. Required date is 60 calendar days after PO date. 5.2. Delivery point is KPJB’s Warehouse, PLTU Tanjung Jati B Unit 384, Jepara, Central Java 6. Requirement of Documents Within delivery the materials, supplier should submit documents as follow: 6.1. Work report consist of: = Initial data and final data. = Electrical and mechanical test report. - Working process documentation. - Electrical & mechanical measurement must be reported as mentioned on the workscope including pictures of maintenance activities (before & after). 6.2. Warranty letter minimum 6 month (After Installed) or 1 year after goods received. 7. Technical Specification 7.1. All of technical specification should be comply with determined specification, cannot be changed, no crack, should be new 100%, genuine, no defect, and can be used properly. Term of Reference :PT. Acceptance Criteria 8.1. Delivery time is complied 8.2. All delivered materials are accordance to PO requirement, specification and condition of the TOR. 8.3.
