ANSWER:

A team is defined as “a group of people, who perform interdependent tasks to work toward

A group is a collection of individuals who coordinate their efforts, while a team is a group
of people who share a common goal.

Analysis of Team Building

The process of creating teamwork from a group of individuals contributing in their own
unique ways is known as team building. A team is a collection of individuals who have
been set up to cooperate and depend on one another in order to achieve their objectives and
meet the needs of their consumers.

I've learned that developing a team is when you show individuals how to interact more
deeply, act in ways that foster collaboration, and connect on a deeper level. People are able
to interact happily and openly once they learn how to connect and empathize with others
instead of bringing their selfish actions and agendas to the discussion.

But, teamwork is not something that just happens. There is nearly always communication
and collaboration issues caused by disparities in individual opinions, and sometimes even
differences in each person's value system.

Teams try to be productive when communication is poor or lacking. They may get
defensive and/or competitive, which makes it difficult or even impossible to move forward,
rather than working together to accomplish goals.

In order to build a truly strong team, communication and working style issues will
inevitably arise even when team members genuinely respect and appreciate one another.
