MOSS INTERPRETATION

The main premise of the MOSS Test is to define the work style in human
terms, which refers to adaptability in a position and establish standards
for organizations for proper functioning within them. A Manager's main
concern when studying human behavior is to learn the key to effectively
supervise people. The basic assumption is that productivity is directly
related to good performance and the direction of the person's initiative to
achieve the objectives to be achieved within companies. Similar thoughts
have been expressed in many ways over time about the great importance of
the human side in business.

The MOSS test is designed as a system to assist supervisors, coordinators,

heads, assistant managers, managers, etc. Any position that is correlated
with direct supervision or that has personnel under its command, who are
dedicated to the Administration and Development of human potential so
that it performs more effectively and objectively in the face of opportunities
and problems on the human side. As such, it is expected that the MOSS
test will also have a favorable impact on the personal development and
growth of those who apply it.

We often hear in companies and/or institutions that a person has failed

due to their inability to adequately handle good supervision, or decision-
making in human relations, etc. This is due to candidates' limitations due
to a lack of well-directed training while performing the duties of the
position. The MOSS test places candidates in the areas of:

 SUPERVISION SKILL
 DECISION CAPACITY IN HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS
 ABILITY TO EVALUATE INTERPERSONAL PROBLEMS
 ABILITY TO ESTABLISH INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
 COMMON SENSE AND TACT IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
 SUPERVISION SKILL

The main concern of a Manager is to study human behavior, it is to learn

the key to effectively supervise people.

Supervision is a process of interaction between people, in which one of

them directs, through his or her personal influence and power, the
energies, potentialities and activities of a group, to achieve a goal
(satisfying the needs of the people and the organization). ).

Characteristics of a good supervisor:

 Maintain the importance and meaning of the purpose, goals and

proposal.
 Create commitment and trust
 Strengthen the mix and level of skills
 Manage relationships with third parties, eliminate obstacles
 Create opportunities for others
 The supervisor is someone whose followers do what is right.
 Results, not popularity, are what distinguishes the supervisor
 A supervisor does not ask, what do I want? If not, what needs to be
done?

*CAPACITY FOR DECISIONS IN HUMAN RELATIONS

The flexibility and freedom available to Managers allows them to make

decisions on issues related to the way of assigning different work tasks,
methods to be followed to achieve the goals of the work team, how to solve
the group's problems regarding the quality of products or services,
establish the strategies they consider most appropriate to solve social
problems that may arise within the group.

Characteristics of a good manager for decision making:

 Analyze the problems, so that the person in turn makes the decision
accurately, without interfering with the person
 Connect without any difficulty in your social environment
 Tend to socialize or manage a large number of people but
superficially
 You will have the ability to listen to people but not go beyond a more
intimate relationship.
 Be an assertive and kind person with the people around you

*ABILITY TO EVALUATE INTERPERSONAL PROBLEMS

The Manager must be able to identify the problems and opportunities

faced, evaluate the options they have for moving forward and then
make the necessary commitments and decisions on how to proceed.
Charisma, strength of personality, or interpersonal skills have been
emphasized more than the intellectual strength that managers need to
study problems in detail and find new solutions. Likewise, interpersonal
skills, understanding, and common commitment cannot occur without
effective communication and conflict, which in turn depends on
interpersonal skills. These include risk-taking, constructive criticism,
objectivity, active listening, giving the benefit of the doubt, support, and
recognizing the interests and achievements of others.
Characteristics of a good Manager for problem evaluation:

 Know how to listen analytically

 You will have the ability to know how to listen and give accurate
advice.
 He will be a person who, when a conflict arises, will know how to
handle it appropriately.
 It is a person who, through personal experience, will know how to
make accurate decisions in a situation that causes a problem,
whether personal or work-related.

*ABILITY TO ESTABLISH INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

People will come to see you and express their problems, because
they perceive that you like people and that you are willing to listen to
them, since you will have the patience and pleasure to solve the
problems mainly of your closest friends. If you have suggestions,
offer directly and formally. People will naturally be drawn to your
understanding and sympathy of this person. His self-confidence, his
modesty, his perseverance and his devotion to his group of friends
combine to make the Counselors very pleasant people who relate
deeply.

Characteristics of a good Manager to establish interpersonal relationships:

 Be a realistic person and determine expectations when faced with a

problem
 Provide feedback to your group of friends intimately
 You will relate deeply to your group of friends since it will be small.
 You will have the ability to design a friendship process for each of
them.
 He is an extremely emotional person with his group of friends.

*COMMON SENSE AND TACT IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Common sense tells us that it is a mistake not to take skills into

account when building a team, particularly techniques and functions.
And no team can achieve its purpose without developing all required
skill levels. Despite this, it is surprising how many people join teams
primarily on the basis of personal compatibility or formal position in the
organization. Therefore, it is important to establish the trust of
subordinates to identify the problems that afflict them. If the manager
has the skills to be very analytical with his staff to listen to them and
interact a little more, he will know how to manage relationships with
his workers. and these will tend to increase their work productivity.

Characteristics of a good Manager to have common sense and tact with

of problem and/or difficulty that arises in his private and social
life.

with logical reasoning.
 You will have the tact to give various advice to whoever asks for it
and will quickly solve this type of problem.

her and talk to you all your life.
