LITTLE MILLET INSTANT DOSA MIX
Ingredient: Little millet, Urad dal, Llittle millet flakes, Pink salt, Pepper & Cumin powder.

Preparation method:
Step 1: For 1 cup of millet mix add 2 cups of water and soak for 1/2 an hour.
Step 2: Add cut-onions green chillies and coriander leaves, greeted carrots of your choice.
Step 3: Heat the Dosa pan and pour the batter like we do for rava dosa.
Step 4: Add ghee or oil of your choice flip the dosa and cook on the other side
Serve with sambar or chutney.
