Essay on water pollution

Introduction

Water contamination is one of the most common problems, since water is a vital
element for human beings since they use it for their health and hygiene. Water
contamination has caused too many deaths and many more diseases in places
where water is not well treated and contains bacteria which are harmful to human
beings.

The water must pass through a specific process to have a good quality and to be
able to be ingested without any risk, it must be tasteless, colorless and odorless
and with a temperature of approximately 15 °C.

Water is considered polluted when it does not meet the conditions required for the
uses for which it is intended in its natural state.

The first cause of water pollution is industries that dump their toxic wastes into
rivers, lakes and seas.
The bad use of man knowing that water is a non-renewable resource, man has
accidentally or purposely thrown millions of amounts of toxins which cause the
water to have a change in its characteristics and even killed many marine species
because of these human errors.

DEVELOPMENT

Water can be polluted in different ways, one of the main causes of pollution is the
discharge of sewage from urban areas into the sea. the waste that is dumped in
the sea is responsible for killing millions of species every year.
it is convenient not to throw garbage in the water because they are the cause of
contamination water is a very easy liquid to be contaminated and the human being
with his carelessness and bad education towards the care of the water has been
contaminating them without control.
with the eagerness to produce more in their market they create products which
require chemicals and their wastes are not reusable and there are no determined
areas to throw them away, they throw them into the water, with this they provoke
that they reach the seas, lakes, rivers and oceans of which the society has certain
consumption either by drinking water from the rivers and fishing from the oceans in
a certain way the contamination reaches them either by ingesting the water or
eating contaminated food.

PROBLEM SOLUTION

The solution would be for the big companies, the main producers of toxics, to take
into account that water is a non-renewable resource and that little by little the little
we have is being contaminated. Perhaps they think that because water is what
covers most of the earth there is no problem if they contaminate it, but in reality
that water is not suitable for human consumption as is the water that they
contaminate with their wastes.
also a good way to make them react would be to apply very high fines for
companies that dump their waste in prohibited places.
but on the other hand, it is not only the companies that are the only cause of water
pollution, society in urban areas is also a big polluter because they throw their
waste through the dishwasher contaminating thousands of liters of water, on the
other hand when we wash clothes we use too much detergent to "wash well" the
clothes but in reality what we are doing is simply polluting more.
