VISION
MISSION
The University shall primarily provide advance professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery,
forestry, aeronautics, and land-based programs, arts and sciences, health sciences, information technology and other relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake
research and extension services, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization (Sec.2, R.A. 9744).
GOALS
The University shall produce scientifically and technologically-oriented human capital equipped with appropriate knowledge, skill and attitude. It shall likewise
pursue relevant research, strengthen linkage with the industry, community and other institutions and maintain sustainable technology for the preservation of the
environment.

The Graduate School develops technology and value-oriented leader in trade, industrial, agriculture, fishery, forestry and related sectors through research and community
services towards shared productivity in their chosen fields.
GOALS
To:
1. Provide complementation and continuity of the undergraduate programs;
2. Cater to the needs of the technology and value-oriented leaders who are and would be occupying managerial positions in higher educational institutes,
technical- vocational institutions, industry, agriculture, fishery, and related sectors;
3. Contribute to the attainment of regional and national goals through research-based technologies towards quality life;
4. Accelerate high level professionalism and globally competitive technology culture.
OBJECTIVES:

2. Cater to the needs of value-oriented professionals who would be occupying managerial / supervisory positions in various technology areas and related
sectors;
3. Contribute to the attainment of regional and national goals through the promotion of education and applied researches through quality education, high-
level professionalism and productivity.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Course Description:
This course is a study on modern public service, including personnel in government; personnel management, benefits and w ages, staffing, and growth and
development. Also examines issues of public personnel management, motivation, productivity, labor management relations, equal opportunity through affirmative action,
and professionalism.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to;
1. Demonstrate an understanding of the institutional, political legal processes and articulate the functions of public administration in terms of historical roots,
structure, and contemporary issues.
2. Demonstrate the ability to effectively apply important terminology, facts, concepts, principles, analytic techniques, and theories in the field of public administration
when analyzing complex factual situations.
3. Demonstrate critical reasoning, problem solving abilities, communications skills, technology skills and ethical considerations relating to public responsibility.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of the social, political, economic, and cultural factors that influence public administration.
5. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and orally, using the important terminology, facts, concepts, and theories used in the field of
public administration.
6. Demonstrate an awareness of ethical issues in public and nonprofit organizations, and how to use ethical reasoning to formulate decisions and promote positive
organizational and professional trust.
