My name is Kenneth Jake Q. Tayaban.

I am 20 years old and I was born on August, 11, 2003 in

Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. I am the son of Karen Q. Tayaban and Elmer V. Tayaban.

I am the youngest child in our family. My family consist of four members. These members are my
mother, my father, my sister and I. My father is a tricycle driver by profession and my mother is a
housewife. I am currently studying nursing at PLT College, Inc. It was a great school with competent
teachers. My favorite subject is Care of Mother and Child and CHN. Since my early school life, I have
learnt good manners, good habits, discipline, obedience and etiquette from my teachers and parents.
My hobbies are playing online games, listening to music, watching movies/series and learning new
things. I like to read Wattpad and comic books. I’m also a classroom clown who spreads positive vibes in
the classroom. My favorite album is “Born to Die” by Lana Del Rey. In my free time I love to play Genshin
Impact with my friends while eating salty foods. Sometimes, I become quiet and shy but I also try to be
friendly and social with other people.

Finally, my aim is to become a competent nurse someday who can provide the best quality care to my
patients.

A best friend is one of the most precious gifts of God. In this world it is hard to find excellent and
wise friends. I am very fortunate that I have a true friend. His name is Diosua Berganio. He was born on
April 22, 2003 at Quirino. He is the son of Ofelia Velasquez Berganio and Diosdado Verbo Berganio.

He doesn’t have any siblings. His mother is a high school teacher and his father is an office worker. He is
my best friend since first year college. He is a very kind, funny and smart person. He obeys his teachers,
parents and elders. He loves reading comic books and playing online games. His favorite album is
“Norman fucking Rockwell” by Lana Del Rey. He loves matcha and any things that are color pink. We
share our secrets, happiness, problems and even our sadness to each other. We both love to play
Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends and listen to Lana Del Rey. He is my happy pill and favorite person.

I am very much happy and thankful to God for blessing me a true and sincere friend. I always pray for
stability and long life of our friendship.
