Any amendment in the Bill of Entry which are executed after 12 PM takes 7 to 8 hours to appears on the officer's screen for approval / release. 3. Duty payment done by the Importer are not getting integrated quickly, takes longer time or Getting recredit to ECL account after two to three days. We have enclosed the few cases for your reference. ‘4, Due to systems down time, many importers are paying late submission charges Rs.5000/-. ‘They are helpless to claim waiver which Is taking two to three days which is costing more by way of detention, demurrage and delay.
