SYNTHESIS

The ATC orientation held on March 5, 2023, in Tacloban City, attended by 49 participants from
different places, discussed the following, but not limited to:
 Importance of Alagang Tingog Centers as a component of the holistic Alagang Tingog
Program;
 Best practices of implementation and delivery of services of 1st District of Davao de
Oro, Calbayog City, and Maasin City along with their respective challenges and gaps.
 Approval of ATCs.
 Respective service, assistance, and programs offered in partnership with DOH, DSWD,
DOLE, and TESDA
 Concerns about relativity and dynamics of service implementations per region/ District
Representative.
 Important qualifications of staff assigned to ATCs and importance of capacity building.
 Importance of central-region coordination through the use of the ATC Directory.
 The occurrence of allowed assistance granting to constituents.
 Significance of strategic budget allocation to cater to more constituents.
 Providing advice regarding case-specific concerns.
