transport and safely dispose remaining debris without disturbing the neighbourhood &
environment

2 Rear Balcony work done to date of client's instruction to remove

Demolition, temporary supports, collect, loading, transport and safely dispose remaining debris
(except soil) without disturbing the neighbourhood & environment

Carryout necessary additional reinforced concrete screeds, footings, column shafts, additionally
strengthened beams

NOTE 1: Above additional is due to client's instructions to change the work already completed and
NOT included in the perticular BOQ REV 14. Therefore those amounts are payable IN ADDITION
and SEPERATELY to the BOQ REV 14 (Qtn no 1440R2)

NOTE 2: Once the relevant work is completed AGAIN in line with client's alterations, the
applicable amounts in the BOQ REV 14 (Quotation number 1440R2) is payable

TOTAL 650,000

** Validity : 07 days
** Mobilization : 07 days from order confirmation with advance payment
** Comprehensive warranty period is one year from the date of project completion

** Client is to issue a Purchase order or a letter of acceptance as a confirmation of the order

Terms & conditions:


01) Mobilization advance of 50% is to be paid on the initially quoted total.
02) Balance 50% along with additional amounts (if any) is to be paid on request while the work is progressing
03) Cheques to be drafted in favour of MARKLANDS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (PVT)LTD.
