Annexure I: DESIGN BASIS

We have considered the following design parameters:

A. Iron Remover Filter :1000 LPH

 B. Multi Grade Filter : 1000 LPH
C. Activated Carbon Filter :1000 LPH
D. Reverse Osmosis Unit : 250 LPH

Annexure II: TREATMENT SCHEME

Based on the capacity and treated water quality desired as mentioned in our earlier annexure, we propose
following treatment scheme.
Step01: Iron Remover Filter
First raw water will be feed to Iron Remover Filter the filter for the removal of Iron, Manganese,
suspended solids & any other particle if any.
Step02: Multi grade Sand Filter
Then the filtered water will be passed through Multi grade Sand Filter for the removal of any Iron,
Manganese, suspended solids & any other particle if any.
Step03: Activated Carbon Filter
The filtered water will then be passed through new generation softener for the removal of any
hardness present into water if any.
Step04: Reverse Osmosis Unit
In this step pre –treated water will then passed through a cartridge filter to remove any particulate
matter which will prevent any possibility of clogging on RO membranes. RO feed water will be
pumped to RO skid (by means of high pressure pump) to reduce the dissolved solids present in it.

# This Price is including VAT.
Validity of Offer:
15 Days from the date of the quotation.
Delivery:
Delivery of the equipment shall be done in a period of Fifteen days from the date of receipt of full
advance.
Warranty:
The machines are under warranty for any design manufacturing defects for a period of 12 Months from the
date of commissioning (only service). However any Electronic or Electrical, Rubber items & disposable
items do not come under the purview of the warranty.
