Case 1- Mr. Ankit arora was purchasing health insurance policy where he received the payment link on
8th of September for payment of Rs-7282/- so he made the payment by his bank account no-
201156265896(state bank of India-Dharampur branch-DEHRADUN)by internet banking on 8 th of
September 2023, and his payment was debited but receipt or acknowledgement was not generated and
he was requested by the executive of the company to repay again and he will receive the amount
debited on 8th of September 2023 automatically but Mr. Ankit didn’t received the same, so draft an
email for refund of excess premium.

Case 2- Mr. Ankit arora was purchasing health insurance policy where the cost of purchase was Rs-
6282/-but he received the payment link on 8th of September for payment of Rs-7282/- so he made the
payment by his bank account no- 201156265896(state bank of India-Dharampur branch-DEHRADUN)by
internet banking on 8th of September 2023, and his payment was debited but later he realized that the
payment was Rs-6282/- so draft an email for refund of excess premium charged, also indicate what
percentage was charged as excess.
