to OPEN LIMITED FACE TO FACE CLASS for the S.Y 2022 – 2023 of Messiah Baptist
Learning Center of Butuan City Inc, located at P-14 Upper Mandacpan San Vicente,
Butuan City. As per the Department of Education (DepEd) Memorandum No. 030, s. 2022,
Dissemination of the Revised School Safety Assessment Tool for the Progressive Expansion
of the Face to Face Classes. We would like you to inform that are school are now ready for
the expansion of Limited Face to Face Classes.

With the effort and unity together with stakeholders of the school, we hope that our intent to
Open Face to Face class can be achieved in this School Year. We humbly seek your
approval upon your technical assistant team to inspect our facility and we are happy to be
added in your schedule for inspection. We are ready and continually improving our facility to
achieve the standards.
