WOMEN’S APPRECIATION WEEK CONTEST

 Male employees need to create a video encouraging or appreciating a female colleague

at our workplace
 They can either create this video individually or can team up with their fellow colleagues
 Video should be creative, innovative and should be stealing the show
 Duration of this video should not extend by 1-1:30 minutes
 If you are camera conscious, you can participate in this contest by writing down your
thoughts in a message
 Share your messages (video/write up) to the women you are appreciating along with
keeping hr.nexus@netsmartz.com in loop
 While sharing the message, please make sure that you are sharing your details (name,
employee ID, department etc.) along with the details of the women you are appreciating
(name, designation, department etc.) in the mail body
 Entries will get considered till 15th March’22 end of the day
 Winning amount will be shared between the woman who got appreciated and the
participant(s)
