CHF ranked first in Asia. CHF sufferers need conservative treatments that include efforts to improve cardiac bulk such as heart care, oxygen administration, limiting incoming fluids, providing a heart diet, collaboration of cardiovascular drug administration, and the provision of exercise programs. Exercise Training is an important modality therapy given to patients with heart disease. Methods : The method used in systematic review uses protocols and rules of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review PRISMA flow. Feasibility of the study was assessed using picot framework with adult patient population with heart failure (HF), intervention used is exercise training, outcome in this study is physical function and quality of life. Databases used by Science Direct, Scopus, SAGE, PubMed. All journals used used the keywords "exercise" AND "training" AND "heart" AND "failure" AND "quality" AND "of" AND "life". Results : Participants used in this study amounted to 2,867 participants. The average age of participants was 28-65 years old. The physical impact obtained by conducting exercise training is an increase in the heart work index, improved lung function, an increase in LVEF, LVED, and VO2 maximum. Exercise training reportedly has a significant physical impact on the heart's work index, and increased neurovascular capacity. Conclusion : Exercise Training in heart failure patients shows a significant improvement in the ability of the heart in performing physical activities, and improvement of ventilation. Exercise training is proven to improve the prognosis, quality of life, and physiological function of the heart and lungs in patients. Keywords : Exercise training, quality of life, physical functional, heart failure.
