Chitkara School of Health Sciences
Department of Nursing was established in 2012 with the mission to provide integrated &
technology driven education and research in the nursing disciplines. Departments running UG,
PG and Ph.D. programs in Nursing recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Department contribute
to build a skilled & competent nursing professional through best industry-academia
collaboration. Department of nursing focuses on training and developing nurses to meet the
international standards of professionalism and maintain highest standard of clinical practice.
Department of Nursing prepare innovative nurse leaders who can deal with the challenges and
complex environments to improve the client's health outcomes.
About the Conference
Interprofessional collaboration in healthcare is necessary for the promotion of evidence-based
practice. Itinvolves healthcare professionals from different disciplines working together, sharing
their expertise and knowledge, and collaborating to achieve common goals. The success of
interprofessional collaboration depends on several factors, including education, communication,
a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities, and a culture of collaboration. Healthcare
professionals need to be educated in a way that promotes collaboration, team-based care and
provision of opportunities for experientiallearning.
Fostering interprofessional collaboration can provide high-quality, patient-centred care that is
based on the best available evidence. The conference aims to address issues and challenges that
entails the discussion to be held in field of Nursing Science, Practice and Research. The
conference will provide participants with scientific knowledge about the changing landscape of
healthcare education, healthcare innovations and technologies, patient safety in healthcare,
