Role of nurses in health care system.

In this modern era as well as in past decades nurses play a major role of health
care system. She have to act like as a mother, as a sister,as a friend and also
carer. Nurses have to assess the patients, evaluate them , implementing and also
educate them. Moreover nurses have to be empathy passionate to all patients.
In health care system most of people have to awareness the communicable
diseases and also non communicable diseases therefor the nurses have major
role for support them. Not only for that but also nurses have to collaborate with
other communities for example young generation, adolescent and elderly
people.In society she have to educate the people about disease conditions,
misunderstanders, myths instructions for healthy lifestyle,misuse of drugs.
Sometimes nurses provide not only physical support but also psycological
support. She create a peaceful mind to patients give immotional support.
