Pie graphs or circle graphs are used to show the percent of a quantity in each of the several categories. It can
also be used to easily visualize the ratio of one category to another.

To construct a pie graph, follow these steps:


1. Organize the data and get the sum.
2. Convert each amount into percent.
3. A circle has 360°. Compute the number of degrees for each item.
4. Construct the Circle Graph and plot the data using Compass and Protractor. Then label each section and write the
title of the graph.
