PROCRASTINATING
GRADES

In this story, the growing action is me studying. I do this to get my

grades high. However, a constraint often comes to life when I study, and that

is the distractions around me. These distractions make me unnecessarily

busy. It will result in me not being productive at all. I tend to forget the things

that I should have done first before all these distractions. For example, I

could’ve done my assignments yesterday, but I was too occupied to do

something that is not important and could’ve been done after doing my

homework. This leads me into procrastination. I do my requirements until the

last minute. In result, my grades are negatively affected by it. To limit this

constraint and achieve leverage, I should not push myself to stay awake

studying late in the evening. However, I could do a lot better if I will have a

self-discipline and an effective time management.

COFFEE

SLEEPLESS INSOMNIA

CREATE A SLEEP
SCHEDULE

One of the most common problems is sleeping problems. Being

sleepless can do no good to your health. But I have been struggling with it for

a while. In this situation, coffee often becomes the symptomatic solution. I

casually think that coffee can really solve the problem. But, in fact, it will

just make it worse if your body absorbs too much caffeine. It can lead to

insomnia. You can also think that coffee is just a “band-aid solution”. Its

effects are just short-term. The fundamental solution is creating a sleep

schedule. This is what can really solve sleeping problems. It is a long-term

solution. To achieve leverage, I think that I must have an effective sleep

schedule to slowly solve the problem. In addition, I must limit my coffee

consumption to furtherly improve my sleep schedule.
