A. General

ITB 3.2 A Bidder shall submit with its bid the documentary evidence specified in ITB
Clause 3.2.
The documentary evidence required shall be amended as follows: renewed
license for the year 2007, Construction Service certificate for 2007, VAT
registration and registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development.

ITB 3.2(a) The mandated public body for the registration of contractors is: Awaday city
Municipality.

ITB 7.2 The Employer may hold a pre-bid meeting and a site visit.

C. Preparation of Bids

ITB 13.1 The Contract is an Admeasurement Contract.

ITB 13.3 The Bidder shall fill in rates and prices for all items of the Works described in the Bill
of Quantities.
The Bidder shall provide a breakdown of rates and prices for all items whose
cost is greater than 5% of the Bid Price.
The breakdown of rates and prices should separately show overhead and profit.
ITB 15.1 Bids shall remain valid for 30 calendar days.

ITB 15.3 The adjustment of Bid price shall be calculated on the basis of an annual increase
of 3 percent.
ITB 16.1 The amount of the bid security shall be: ETB 10,000 birr
