2 of Grade 12- MAPAILUBON, would like to ask for permission to provide information
and relevant data that would be essential to our research entitled: “The Effects of
Social Media to the Academic Achievement of Grade 12 Learners at Paril National
High School”

This study aims to find out the effects that social media have on the Grade 12
learner’s academic achievement. It is a well-known fact that technology has its major
pros but some studies have revealed that when placed in the wrong hands, it can be
dangerous. This will examine the many ways in which students' use of social media
might impact their performance in the classroom and will provide advice on how they
can find a happy medium between their online activities and their schoolwork.

All information will only be used for this research and will remain absolutely
confidential. No costs will be incurred by either your center or any individual
participant.
