Also, she is well known for her humanitarian work. She has been engaged in humanitarian
initiatives for more than fifteen years and founded several ch(x)aritable organizations.

In 2003, Jolie received the first-ever Citizen of the World Award from the United Nations
Association for her contributions to helping refugees.

Jolie also advocated for children education and women´s rights.

She has pushed for la(o)ws to aid child immigrants and other vulnerable children in developing
nations.

Jolie funded a school for girls at Kakuma refugee camp and two primary schools for girls in
Afghanistan.

She is a philanthropist who is known to donate to different charities. In the year 2006,
Angelina, along with her husband, Brad Pitt, donated over $8 million to different charities.

After their breakup, she has donated $1 million to No Kid Hungry in 2020 which helps
