Hi Alex.

Thanks for that.

But rainbow door have ignored me.

Legal Aid refuse to help.

I have a documented human rights abuse for this from my ndis worker but AHRC refuse to investigate it or anything else.

‘I’ve attached it.

I am not currently on an order so don’t need the mental health review board.

What I need is money as I’m homeless - and the NDIS/A have Locke away all my funding.

They’re watching me burn.

Its systemic and political and malicious.

Please will you reconsider helping me? This gang stalking and character assassination. I fear I’ll be killed from the abuse. I’m
only human mate.

Please read the report. I am not delusional. There is a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. It’s literally killed me but I was
revived - they’re trying to do it again.

Rich

Dear Amnesty,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Dr. Rich Mclean, and I am writing to you in an
urgent appeal for assistance in restoring my human dignity and securing a home for myself and
my beloved dog within a week's time. I have reached out to your esteemed organization because I
am in dire need of immediate intervention to escape a situation of grave injustice and suffering
and imminent threats to my health prosperity safety and life. Pleas compassionately treat this as
an emergency disclosure needing intervention that has exhausted all domestic avenues of redress.

I am an Australian queer artist, author, activist, advocate, and academic. Unfortunately, I have
also become a targeted individual of the Australian Government, a victim of systemic human
rights abuses, and an unintended scapegoat. As I write this on September 28, 2023, I find myself
in a state of despair, with no home to speak of or place to be, no financial resources, no legal
representation, and no advocate. My life has been marred by a series of injustices, and I have been
systematically victimized in ways that defy comprehension.

Too add a whole other dimension of complexity to my victimisation, I live with a cognitive brain
impairment that affects my memory and my ability to plan my life. The Australian Government
has subjected me to relentless persecution, electronic surveillance, derogatory insults, and threats
that have pushed me to the brink of despair over years and even forced my suicide. I was found by
accident and revived from certain death with the hospital FOI citing the tragedy as ‘lethal’. The
abuse I have endured includes conspiracy, brutalization, childhood sexual abuse, physical assaults,
wrongful incarceration, intimidation, and even threats to end my life and killjoy dog the only
thing left in my life that’s good. I am living under constant surveillance, and my life is in
imminent danger due to the orchestrated campaign against me.

The designed poverty and relentless abuse have persisted even after I was revived from an
incident that was deemed 'lethal' in a hospital Freedom of Information (FOI) request. I have been
systematically denied my basic human rights, and my suffering continues to this day.

I have reached out to lawyers, public officials, and politicians for redress, only to be met with
indifference, dismissal, or blame shifted onto my mental health. This is a conspiracy to pervert the
course of justice, and it seems as though powerful individuals with wealth, privilege, and political
course of justice, and it seems as though powerful individuals with wealth, privilege, and political
power have exonerated themselves from any responsibility for my plight. It is a desperate and
painful reality that I face.

I have dedicated over thirty years of my life to helping others despite facing enormous personal
barriers. I have a good heart, but I am gravely misunderstood, and the weight of this destruction
has been thrust upon me by powerful key stakeholders who act in a faceless, anonymous way and
are both cowardly and untouchable.

I implore your organization to intervene on my behalf. The Charter of Human Rights for People
with a Disability in Australia, ratified in 2008, clearly states that disabled individuals must be
provided with reasonable accommodation. The Australian Government has failed to adhere to this
commitment, and I am living proof of the devastating consequences.

I have received death threats, endured violence, and faced extreme persecution. My plea is for
immediate assistance in securing a home, food, medicine, shelter, and safety for myself and my
dog. I am not seeking charity but a chance to restore my human dignity and rebuild my life. I am
willing to reimburse any assistance provided once my circumstances improve.

Time is of the essence, and I am racing against the clock. Your intervention could make a world of
difference and help me escape this nightmare. Please, do not let my cry for help go unanswered. I
need assistance from an organization not associated with the Australian government, one that is
committed to human rights and disability advocacy.

Thank you for taking the time to read my urgent appeal. I eagerly await your response and
guidance on how we can proceed to rectify this egregious violation of my human rights.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rich Mclean
