MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING made and into by the
between:
The ROXAS CENTRAL SCHOOL, a Public Elementary School located at
Leuterio St., Paclasan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro recognized by the Government
of the Republic of the Philippines.
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF BARANGAY PACLASAN, situated in the
Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
WHEREAS, the ROXAS CENTRAL SCHOOL is a performing school in Roxas
District which envisions to conduct “MAMATYA TANU SA RAES (MAGBASA
KITA SA RAES)”; PROJECT SuRe: Supported Reading--- A BRIGADA
PAGBASA PROGRAM, to sustain the reading program of the school and will
ensure that every learner will complete the basic education with the necessary
competencies and skills as well as continue learning despite the current
situation.
WHEREAS, the ROXAS CENTRAL SCHOOL will conduct a 15-day reading
intervention through read-at-home program in support of Brigada Pagbasa
2023 at designated areas within the community.
WHEREAS, the ROXAS CENTRAL SCHOOL will provide necessary documents
for the program which adhere to the health protocol assigned by the DOH to
avoid the spread of Covid-19.
This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING shall take effect immediately
upon signing all parties concerned and shall remain in force unless sooner
terminated by mutual consent.
