This quick reference guide describes how you as an employee can access your compensation statement
via ITM

 Navigating to a compensation statement

To locate Compensation Statement for yourself: 2

- On Internal ‘Home’ 1

go to ‘Tools’ 2

go to ‘SuccesFactors’ 3

- Open the ‘Home’ menu 4

select ‘Employee Profile’ 5

or ‘My Profile’ 6 4

- In your Employee’s profile, scroll to the right and go to
‘Compensation Statement’ tab 7 7

Compensation Statement not there?

- Click the appropriate compensation statement

— ITM compensation statements are for all employees with access to ITM
— Occasionally, a specific individual may not have an ITM Compensation Statement,
in that case You will receive a statement per emails from people function
— If you have any further questions, you should reach out to you HR Direct
 Compensation Statement in ITM

The ‘Compensation Statement’ is opened as a pdf-

file in a separate window. Detailed information is
provided.

To print the Compensation Statement press

Ctrl+P, or press Alt and select File/Print, and then
select printer
