Founded in 1980, Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen ITG

Group") is a state-owned company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1996 (Stock code:

600755). As a key member of Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd. (a Fortune Global 500

Our annual operating revenue increased 12.3% year-on-year to ¥521.918 billion, while the net
