The Residences of Cloud 9 Condominiums – Rules and Regulations (2018) - T. PETS

Section(2) - All dogs and cats must wear collars and with proper identification specifying the name and address
of its owner.

Section(6) - No pet will be permitted to run loose upon the common elements.

Section(12) - No pet, that is deemed by the Board or Condominium Manager, in its sole and absolute
discretion, to be a nuisance shall be kept by an owner in any unit or in any part of the property. Any owner
that keeps a pet on the property or any part thereof shall, within two weeks of written notice from the Board
or the Condominium Manager requesting the removal of such pet, permanently remove such pet from the
property.

Section(14) - If another Resident, visitor or guest is disturbed or distressed by a pet on the common
elements, the person having custody of the pet shall immediately carry, control and remove the pet from
an elevator or any other area, giving way to any such Resident, visitor or guest.

Section(22) - No pet that weighs or will weigh (when an adult) in excess of 35 lbs shall be allowed in any
Unit. All owners of a pet shall provide a certificate signed by a veterinarian certifying the exact weight
and height of the pet within 30 days of the Board’s written request, at any time.
