 ABOUT ME
Hello young Indonesian friends,
I am Josua Sianturi, a twenty year old student who is passionate
about exploring his potential and dedicated to seeking new
challenges.
I have an educational background in the field of English Education
at Medan State University.
I have experience in the world of teaching and community service
which has helped me develop communication skills, teamwork
abilities, and being able to create creative learning methods and
work programs for students and the community so that they can
motivate students tothereby having a positive impact on others.
I am very enthusiastic about getting this SmartPath scholarship,
to help me explore my potential to make a real contribution to the
world of education

 PROJECT 1
For me, building social relations to the community is by Going
directly to the field is my step to take real action, not just
see it in the media. In this activity, I am the leader in my team
doing community service in Papua. so i created a teaching project,
Provide assistance, and training teachers to improve
the quality of life of the people there.

I have proven my experience in managing conflict
through an interview with the KNPI (Indonesian Youth
National Committee) in West Papua. Discusses youth
empowerment, discussion of youth politics, to youth
involvement in shaping the potential of today's youth.

In this event, I as a creative team invite foreign
tourists and the local community to more than 2,000
-4000 participants in the movement to protect Papua's
natural forests and plant trees as well as introduced
local culture to all visitors

teacher in interactive teaching to students, as
well as observation and
introduce students to innovative learning
system in the latest era to get to know
potential before continuing to the next

I became one of the authors of the book " Detik-Detik Menembus
Awan " is one of my works and friends from various other
universities in Indonesia in seeing the diversity of culture,
religion, to the natural beauty of Papua which we include in it, so
that it becomes an inventory and something memorable and
widely known

Managed to find participants of more than 700 members to
compete, and succeeded in bringing in judges from abroad.
Not only were there 10 activities that were attended by almost
all schools and universities in North Sumatra and lasted for 3
days and were successfully held.
