Dear sir,
LOI : REQUEST TO PURCHASE EN590 10PPM
We write on behalf of our client: INNOVIS CONSULTING LTD, that we are
able to purchase the above product based on the following terms &
conditions.
PRODUCT: EN590 10PPM
QTY 100,000MT
PRICE: $610/10
INCOTERMS : TTO or TTT
PORT: LAGOS or LOME WATERS
PROCEDURE
1. Both parties sign contract
2. Supercargo and inspector board vessel
3. When they confirm product by vessel captain attestation i pay for
logistics & documentation.
4. Supercargo remains on board and inspector disembark for QQ. (If it is
TTT thé pregnant vessel come longside and tie up with buyer vessel when
hé start pumping we pay 50%. After we pay thé second 50%)
5. After report of QQ is released to both parties buyer pay for total cargo
less the initial payment for logistics and pay all agents and brokers.
6. Next transaction.
