Vishah is an 18 year old boy who is a student in FHS.

He is an only child and belongs to a very rich family

in the Maldives. Vishah is quite spoiled and expects to be given whatever he wants. One fine evening,
Vishah was driving a brand new car when he got into a fatal accident. He lost consciousness upon
impact and was covered in a pool of blood. The bystanders at the site immediately rushed him to
Hulhumale Hospital. The ER doctor and nurse examined Vishah and reported that the injuries he
received were very severe and that he is temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. of coourse and.

The doctor recommended getting physical therapy at his earliest convenience as there is a possibility
that the paralysis may become permanent if no action is taken. Vishah was then referred to a kind and
cheerful physiotherapist named Sara who advised him on how the exercises would be performed and
about the benefits and prepared a recovery plan. Vishah questioned her a lot about the exercises and
about all the work he has to do, to which she answered patiently and told him that the path to recovery
would not be easy, but with commitment and effort, Vishah can regain the mobility he lost.

Unfortunately, Vishah was unhappy with his treatment plan and did not wish to do any of the exercises.
His parents were also against the physiotherapy as they always heed to his wishes and did not want him
to be unhappy. He was too spoiled to think about his condition from a logical point of view. However,
deep down his parents knew that even if they wanted to accept his wishes and make him happy,
rehabilitation might be necessary in his best interest.

The doctor and Sara tries to convince the family about how critical his condition is and how he may lose
mobility of his legs permanently and remain paralyzed forever. They stressed to him and his parents that
Vishah's well being and long term health was in jeopardy and his own short term interests should not
overtake his needs at this critical period. After hearing about the horrifying consequences his parents
agreed as they did not want their only child to be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life as he has a
bright future awaiting him.

Vishah remains skeptical and can only think of the strenuous work he will have to do in the coming
weeks or months. He thought long and hard and realized that he was being unreasonable and stupid. He
realized his desire to regain function in his legs outweighed his need for comfort and aversion to
exercise. After a moment of thinking and considering the consequences Vishah finally agreed and his
response was met with relief and happy squeals from his parents and the physiotherapist.
