Course Policies and Performance Standards: Grade Evaluation System:


 Usage of cellphones, tablets, smartwatches, and any other gadgets and accessories are 1. Quizzes 60%
prohibited during class, especially during quizzes and examination period. 2. Major Exam 40%
 Students who were found cheating during examinations and/or quizzes will get an equivalent 100%
grade of 5.0 for that examination/quiz.
 A student who has been absent may be given the missed quiz or exam upon presentation of a
medical certificate or providing a valid reason to the instructor concerned.
 A student must obtain a general average of 70% with no grades lower than 50% in any given
subject on the Final Examination.
 Students are required to wear white – polo shirt and maong pants.
 Only plastic envelopes should bring in the testing areas.
