Blockwork: Overall, 80% of blockwork should be done again – demolish, dispose and redo them. Ideally, Only 20% of
blockwork should be retained. However, considering that this would result in a lot of variation, all stakeholders need to
discuss the modifications, value engineering, tolerances, and finalise on the course of action that maximizes the benefits
(by minimizing the loss). It looks like the work was not done by masons, but by their helpers. The outcome gives an
indication of zero supervision by the contractor, as if it was left for the workers to complete the scope on their own.
Structure Works: A bird’s eye view gives an idea that the structure works quality is pathetic - no beam or column seems
to be straight.
4. GF Kitchen external wall blocks should be removed and will be done properly.
5. Garage all beams aren’t straight, its look like zig zag and need to be chipped. FF garage drop beams was bulky in
middle of that and that also need to be chipped.
6. FF all doors jamb concrete wasn’t properly cast straight and it should be removed, recast concrete.
7. Internal wall of Bedroom 3 & Master dress blocks are 5 cm in & out, it should be removed and block works will
be done properly.
10. Bedroom 2 Terrace column wasn’t casted properly, it should be properly chipped.
11. Bedroom 1 external wall blocks should be removed and need to be done straight.
12. Family Lounge window wall blockwork should be removed and window jambs need to be re-cast. (Window sizes
will differ if blockwork is not removed)
13. Bedroom 1 & Master bedroom external wall blocks should be removed and need to be done straight.
14. Bedroom 1 dress internal wall blocks should be removed and will be done properly.
15. Bedroom 1 & dress in between wall blocks should be removed and will be done straight.
16. Master bathroom internal wall block works should be done properly.
