Time needed: 35 mins

Standard:

● Understand the cultural and social development

Objectives:

● Talk about how different groups people belong to in a family

● How roles come together and stay changed as a group in a neighborhood

Materials needed:

● Paper

● Pencils/pens

● A few examples

Activity:

Have the students write down their thoughts about how many different people there are and what differs from

families. Then have the students get into groups and discuss what each student came up with.

Check for Understanding:

For an exit ticket have the students write what they learned

If there is extra time do a little quiz
