Hey Henry,

I was thrilled to hear that you'll be joining the international meeting of Youth for Peace next

weekend. It sounds like a fantastic event! I'd love for us to go together. I'm aware that the

event kicks off at 10 a.m. at the community center, but I'm a bit unsure about the exact

directions. Would it be possible for you to swing by my hotel around 9:30 a.m.?

I can't wait to meet participants from various countries, especially those from your

homeland. Do you know if any of your friends will be attending as well? If they're anything

like you, I'm sure we'll have a blast! By the way, could you give me a heads up on the typical

weather this time of year in your area? Also, what kind of clothing should I pack for the trip?
