Title of the research A Library Research: Teaching Reading Comprehension Strategy in
paper EFL Classroom (A Study of Library Research)

Brief description of Reading comprehension is one of the most important skills for
your research paper students to master. Mastering reading comprehension makes it easier
(summary of your for students to understand the meaning and information based on the
research paper) text they read. Therefore, it is necessary to have a teacher when
teaching reading comprehension. EFL students especially have
difficulty understanding a reading text. It is caused by students' lack of
vocabulary, motivation, and dependence on translator applications. To
solve this problem, it is necessary to have a teaching strategy
appropriate to the problems EFL students face. Therefore, this
research aims to analyze the teaching strategy are suitable for teaching
reading comprehension to EFL students in the classroom. The articles
analyzed 15 empirical research articles on internet search engines such
as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and ERIC websites. The technique of
data analysis used for this research is peer review, grid table, elaborate
and describe the data. The results of the analysis showed LRD, QAR,
and Thieves strategies were appropriate and had a significant impact
on teaching reading comprehension in EFL classrooms. In conclusion,
the teaching strategies appropriate for teaching reading
comprehension in EFL classrooms are LRD, QAR, and Thieves
strategies.
How did you In creating our project, we carry out group work online and offline.
collaborate in When holding meetings online, we use the Google Meet platform
creating the project twice. It aims to discuss the methodology and peer review of the

check back on the results of our project.

What aspect(s) of the We are satisfied with the abstract, methodology, and discussion

satisfied with? Why? working on that part. Then, we are also satisfied because we have
enough time to focus on these three parts.

What challenges did The challenge is when we have many different opinions from each
you find in doing the member. To unite these opinions, we refocus on the purpose of our
project and how did research. In addition, the differences in the group members' activities

What changes or If we have a lot of time, we want to revise the finding section,
additions would you especially the explanation section. This section is not enough to
make to the project if answer the research questions in the introduction section. In addition,
you had more time? we also want to develop explanations further so that the findings in
this research are clear and understandable to readers. Then, we want to
revise the abstract section to make it more suitable and include the
standard requirements for writing an abstract in research.
What have you learnt Working on this project made us aware of the methodology in a
from doing this research library because this methodology is still very new. We also
project? learned how to write abstracts according to the rules for writing
abstracts in a research library. Then, we learned how to operate the
Mendeley website, which helped us write citations and references
automatically.
