Distillery Plant from Juice concentration till dehydration

PROCESS DISCRIPTION:
• Multiple effect evaporation system consist of a series of
evaporators with the purpose of increasing the sugar
concentration of juice up to an appropriate level for the
fermentation process.
• Each subsequent evaporator operates on a lower temperature
than the previous one.
• The barometric condenser operates at the lowest pressure and
is used to condense vapor back into liquid.
• The next step involves sterilization of MUST. MUST refers to raw
material that contain fermentable sugar for ex. Sugarcane.
• Sterilization involves heating MUST to high temperature(130 C)
followed by fast cooling down to the fermentation temperature
of 32 C.
• The sugar of MUST get converted into ethanol by fermentation
it involves taking the MUST in a fermentation vat and
introducing yeast to it.
• The yeast starts to consume the sugar in the MUST into ethanol
and CO2 through a series of metabolic reactions.
• The heat exchanger system is used to absorb excess heat from
the fermentation MUST with the help of cooling system.
• The centrifugal separator is used to remove suspended particles
and impurities in order to produce higher order/quality
beverage.
• Treatment tank are used for adding specific chemical which
regulate the pH of the mixture ensuring the quality of product.
