    With refer to the above we would like to declare the buying and selling off specification oil from
    oil terminal as above stated. The declared “off specification “ oil is derived from residual of lorry
    tanker, oil tank and oil vessel tank that classified as “off specification”. The estimated of waste
    oil is 1000 liters monthly.

    We would like to know that should there any taxes imposed on the buying and selling activity of
    the oil classified as “off specification” and we look forward for your kind reply.
