The decision is based on the reason (s) below:

1) it is found that at the base of the visa application, the foreigner did not fulfill the conditions of
Regulations on the visa issue;

2) the foreigner has obtained the entry visa on the basis of false documents or information;

3) the foreigner has introduced or attempted to illegally introduce foreigners in the Republic of
Moldova or has facilitated their transport or accommodation;

4) the foreigner has violated the customs regulations or regarding the state border;

5) the foreigner is no longer satisfying the conditions required by granting the visa;

6) the mentioned purpose for the entrance visa is not being respected;

7) after granting the visa the foreigner has been declared undesirable;

8) the visa holder has requested its revocation (1).

Remarks:
The person concerned may appeal against the decision of refusal / cancellation of a visa to the Ministry Foreign
Affairs and European Integration, competent authority for foreigners, border police or administrative bodies.
