Dear Sir Elmar,

to make a significant impact in the lives of students. I am set to complete my
bachelor’s degree at Mindoro State University – Calapan City Campus on July 19,
2023, as BSEd English Teacher. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained
comprehensive knowledge in English and have developed effective instructional
strategies to engage students of varying abilities and learning styles. I am
particularly skilled at creating interactive and inclusive lesson plans that promote
critical thinking and encourage active participation. During my two months of
Teaching Internship as a Pre-service teacher at Oriental Mindoro National High
School, I have consistently received positive feedback from both students and
colleagues but at the same time there are things to be considered for
improvement. I have cultivated a nurturing and stimulating classroom
environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas, asking
questions, and engaging in meaningful discussions. By employing innovative
teaching techniques, such as integrating technology and real-world examples
into my lessons, I have witnessed significant improvements in student
engagement, comprehension, and academic performance.

Furthermore, I am adept at fostering strong relationships with students, parents,

and colleagues, recognizing that open communication and collaboration are
essential for creating a supportive educational community. I prioritize
individualized attention, tailoring my teaching methods to address the unique
needs and interests of each student. Additionally, I am experienced in assessing
student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive
feedback, and implementing appropriate interventions to support struggling
learners. I am particularly drawn to The Love Lace Academy due to its reputation
for academic excellence and dedication to holistic development. I am inspired
by the institution's commitment to nurturing students' intellectual, emotional, and
