1. Tell me a little about yourself.

_Good afternoon. My full name is Huyen Chi Tam but u can call
me Tam for short. I am 22 years old, I was raised in Ho Chi
Minh City. I am a final year student at Ho Chi Minh City
University of Technology. I learned the basics of embedded
programming during my studies. I want to do an internship in
your company as an embedded programming intern
_I am a very hardworking and fast learner
_At first, I can get pressured but once I get used to it, the
pressure is gone and I can complete the assigned work.

2. Why would you like to work for us? (Vì sao bạn muốn
làm việc cho công ty chúng tôi)
_Because I want to learn more about embedded programming
and your company is one of the biggest in this field

3. What are your strengths? (Thế mạnh của bạn là gì?)

_I’m a punctual person. I always arrive early and complete my
work on time.
_I consider myself to be a team-player so I like to work with
other people and I find that it’s much easier to achieve
something when everyone works together and communicates
well
 4. What are your weaknesses? How do you improve that?

_ I feel my English ability is my weakest trait. I know this is
only a temporary problem. I’m definitely studying hard to
communicate more effectively
_ I still lack knowledge in this field, so I will still try to learn
from my predecessors to add more knowledge.

5. What are your short term goals? (Mục tiêu ngắn hạn
của bạn là gì)
_In the short term, I want to develop a position that allows me to
use all the skills that I have learned during my internship at the
company.

6. What are your long term goals? (Mục tiêu dài hạn của
bạn là gì?)
_I want to become an official employee of the company. I want
to reap the rewards of my internship and am willing to work
hard to achieve this.
 7. Do you work well under pressure? (Bạn có làm việc tốt
khi bị áp lực không?)
_The pressure of work such as having a lot of jobs to handle, or
an upcoming deadline, will help motivate me to be more
productive. Of course, sometimes too much pressure leads to
stress. But I am confident that I can balance my responsibilities
with different projects and get my work done on time, helping
me not to stress too often.

8. Why should I hire you? (Tại sao chúng tôi nên chọn
bạn?)
_ As far as I find out, your company is currently in need of a lot
of human resources for the upcoming work. I think I can do an
internship at the company to learn and contribute a part of
myself to the job.

9. What do you expect from your manager? (Bạn mong

đợi gì từ người quản lý của mình?)
_ I would expect a supervisor to keep the lines of
communication open with me and offer feedback when I’m
doing a good job and when I have room for improvement.
10. If you don't understand your assignment and you can't
reach your boss, what would you do? (Nếu bạn không hiểu
về công việc mà không liên lạc được với sếp thì bạn sẽ làm
gì?)
_ In this case, I would ask colleagues who have done this job to
know the boss's requirements and thereby implement them.

11. What do you know about us? (Bạn biết gì về công ty

_ The Bosch Group is a leading global provider of technology
and services. Its operations are divided into four business areas:
Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods
and Energy, and Construction Technology. It uses its expertise
in sensor technology, software, and services, as well as its own

12. What are your salary expectations? (Câu hỏi về mức

_I want my salary to match my qualifications and experience.
Therefore, I will try my best to be able to perform the assigned
task well
13. If you could change one thing about your personality,
what would it be and why? (Nếu bạn có thể thay đổi một
điều về tính cách của bạn, thì đó là gì và tại sao?)
_ I would change my anger. because it will affect the ability to
communicate and work as a team so I want to be calm and not
angry in everything

14. Tell me about a time you made a mistake. (Hãy kể cho

_ I used the wrong component when I was working on a
project, it didn't work as expected. and after the help of my
seniors, I found the right component for that project

15. If you could learn something such as a new skill, what

_ I hope I can learn how to communicate with people in
English fluently. from there can create higher teamwork
performance

_ What will I do during my internship?
17. Các dự án đã làm:
_ In my cv you can see that I worked on projects during
college. i have designed RF transceiver circuit, overcurrent
protection circuit and motor control with fuzzy logic. I use C
and C++ programming languages to be able to complete that
project.
+ RF transceiver circuit to transmit audio and receive it in
another receiver like radio. The tránmitter uses a carrier that
travels through space, then detects the wave, amplifies the
information, and emits sound at the receiver. The advantage
is the frequency and frequency range have good quality, less
interference than AM. The disadvantage is the short
transmission distance
+ overcurrent protection circuit. Today with the development
of technology, electronic items are more and more in
families. It will easily cause fire if the current is overloaded,
so use an overcurrent protection circuit to avoid this
situation. The circuit is rated so that current can only flow
within the allowable range. it notifies the user when an
overcurrent condition is detected in the circuit through
information sent to the web that can be viewed by the mobile
phone.
The difficulty when working on the project was that I used
the wrong component which led to the wrong result. but
after getting support from my seniors, I was able to fix it
 + design a motor controlled by fuzzy logic:controls to keep
the pendulum balanced as the vehicle moves based on
system variables including pendulum deflection, pendulum
angular velocity, vehicle position, and vehicle velocity

18. C – C++ – Python:

+C – C++:they are 2 low level programming languages. it is
used when meddling deeply into parts of memory normally
used to program system driver fields
+C sharp – Python: They are high-level programming
languages. There are many libraries that can be used directly
and quickly for web and IoT programming, they usually
don't access too deeply into memory.
