Minutes of the Meeting

November 18,2022

The Homeroom PTA Meeting for was held on November 18, 2022, at Grade 3 malikhain
classroom. It started at 3:51 in the afternoon. The first part of the meeting was formally started
with a prayer led by Mrs. Luceli Basa (Class Adviser).

At 4:45 in the afternoon, the meeting proper commenced.

1st agenda

Stakeholders Night

-SPTA held a meeting regarding parent's concerns and suggestions regarding stakeholders
night.

- Grade 3 malikhain already registered for stakeholders night.

-Contribution on said stakeholders night should be voluntary.

-Collected funds will be placed for the repair/improvement of water system.

-Additional/remaining funds will be collected for electric bills.

-Suggested to request footbridge as municipal project for GAMES.

-Foods for grade3 Malikhain during stakeholders night (c/o Mrs .Elle padilla) and drinks (c/o Mrs
Connie Rio).

-Liquor drinks are allowed (wine/sanmig light etc...) note: hard alcohol drinks are not allowed.

-There will be an award for best dress (Wear your best attire)

--Stakeholders night admission is between 5pm to 8pm.

2nd agenda

Christmas Party (December 15, 2022)

-Price for exchange is P 200.00.

-Food, prize, lootbags and utensils

- Jollibee (kids)- bundle 1 worth of P137.00 note: without drinks and toy

- Lootbags and sound system c/o Mrrs. Mikee

-Prize c/o Mrs. Kimberly

- Candy corner c/o Mrs. Elle

- Carbonara c/o Mrs. Rio

-baked mac c/o Mrs. April

- Utensils c/o Mrs. Rosalyn

- Cake c/o Mrs. Margarette

-Due date of payment for Christmas part will be on December 8, 2022.

-Meeting adjourned at 4:45 in the afternoon.
