RESOLUTION NO. 1 -2022-2023

DONATION OF ELECTRIC FAN

WHEREAS, the classroom of Grade 3 Section Malikhain is in need of Electric fan

personal hygiene and cleaning materials.

WHEREAS, Electric fan is needed in the classroom intended for the students of
Kinder Section Masayahin for a more conducive environment learning purpose.

WHEREAS, the parents and teachers understand the need of funds for some
specific purpose to augment and finance certain project.

WHEREAS, the parents and teachers agreed to collect any amount of money
voluntarily as donations from the classroom project school year 2022-2023.

WHEREAS, the officers and members of the PTA of Kinder Masayahin authorize SSG
Treasurer, to collect any amount to be supervised by the SSG Adviser.

WHEREAS, this resolution will be disseminated to all students and their respective
parents, guardians and adviser.

NOW THEREFORE, a motion of Class Adviser, Ms. Maria Victoria E.

Laforteza, duly seconded by PTA President, Dimple Charmie Cudiamat and
all its officers and members of KINDER MASAYAHIN HRPTA it was,

RESSOLVED and SIGNED this 17th day of October 2022 at General Gregorio
S. Aloῆa Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
RESSOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution is furnished to all concerning
agencies for their proper information and guidance.
