Lower Back Stretch

Lie on your back, with your legs bent. Grasp your knees, pull them closer to
your chest and let your lower back round.

Hold this position for a moment, while breathing smoothly.

Hold for 30 sec repeat 3 times

Video Supine Gluteus Stretch

Supine Gluteus Stretch

Start by lying on your back with one knee bent. Put one hand on your knee and
the other one on your ankle.

Rotate your leg outwards and pull with your arms towards your chest. Feel the
stretch on the back of your thigh and buttock. Hold for 30 seconds and relax.

Repeat 3 times.

Seated Gluteus Stretch

Sit on a chair with one foot on the floor. Lift your other foot onto your opposite
thigh.

Gently lean forward. Feel the stretch in your buttock. Hold for 30 seconds.

Repeat 3 times.

Crawling position.

Hollow your back. Keep your neck long and elbows straight.

Repeat 10 times.
