Course Length: 3 weeks

Course Description:
This health and wellness course will consist of a 3 week program to better professional
women in their health and wellness journey. This course shows working women how capable
they are of having a consistent health and wellness routine. Even though time management can
be stressful, this course is designed to manage time more effectively around a wellness routine.
The program will be centered around vitamins, herbs, and nutrition for focus, yoga and
meditation, and healthy recipes for the working woman.

Course Outcomes:
Week 1: The first week will focus on different vitamins and herbs that help improve focus.
Focus is very important when it comes to working in a professional space. We’ll learn about
what to take, how much to take, and when.
Week 2: This week we will focus on yoga and meditation. When working in a professional
space, it’s important to find time to relax and wind down. Yoga and meditation are great ways to
do this.
Week 3: During the final week of the course, we will focus on easy, healthy recipes to make life
easier for the working woman. Eating unhealthy can be the easy thing to do when one is busy, so
finding quick recipes that are healthy can be beneficial to a wellness routine.

Required Materials:
● A yoga mat
● A quiet space
● Access to a kitchen and cooking tools

How the Course will be Delivered:


The course will be shown through an online platform. The course will be laid out on a
website where articles, videos, and recipes can be found each week. New articles, videos, and
