5.Installation
1.Check all machine parts and screw to see whether it is loose
of broken.yes, fasten it or repair/replace it if necessary.
2.Check if there is interference with machine column or other
parts when MG
3.Check voltage, wiring condition of solenoid, limit switch are
compatible with machine control.
4.Pay attention to the wiring of control unit while mounting to
avoid damage.
5.Combine MG with host and align relative position of tool arm
and spindle.
6.Wiring to the host according to the control unit diagram.
7.Pay attention to the safeguard of MG part on PLC, please
reference to horizontal tool change mechanism procedure
diagram and precaution while mounting.
8.Check again the wiring and position before test run.
9.Use single step test run at beginning; then add its continuity
between steps
10.Stop if there is any unsmooth motion to avoid parts damage.
11.Give time delay between steps if necessary.
12.Pay attention to whether there is any missing refer its
mutual contained safeguard while continuous test run.
6.Precaution while Installation
1.Make some mutual contain on each motion control
point to upgrade the safety.
