In the context of the LCCAP, mobilization of stakeholders is crucial not
only in gathering information but also in building consensus and
conclusions.
Over the long term- the identification of practical solutions to the
identified local climate change vulnerability and the delivery and
implementation of response actions will be enhanced and will generate
momentum to act so plans are actually implemented.
