    SOAL LATIHAN

    1. Bioavailabilitas suatu obat baru dilakukan pada 12 sukarelawan. Tiap sukarelawan menerima tablet
    oral tunggal yang berisi 200 mg obat, 5 mL larutan aqueous murni mengandung 200 mg obat atau
    injeksi IV bolus tunggal mengandung 50 mg obat. Data plasma dikumpulkan secara periodik hingga
    48 jam setelah pemberian dosis dan uji konsentrasi obat. Nilai AUC rerata (0-48 jam) ditulis dalam
    tabel berikut.
