ARTS FOR HOPE

Art can be many things, and being a

source and expresion of hope can be one of
those things.

For example, there was an artwork

going around that was posted by "Tarantadong
Kalbo" aka Kevin Eric Raymundo like a few
months ago which is called "Tumindig".

Apparently its about the artist's

disapproval towards Duterte and his party. This
artwork soon gained traction as it sparked as a
political movement on twitter and started
trending. It inspired many people to join the
movement with one famous illustrator even
decided to make an avatar inspired by the
artwork. So not only be a source or expression
of hope but it can also inspire and unite people.
