Wait patiently for the

LORD.
Be brave and courageous.
Yes, wait patiently for the
LORD.
Psalm 27:14
Healing may take a long time for most or
for some, it could be in an instant.
Our God who is looking forward to see
you healed completely is with you as well
in the process.
He does not walk away because you are in
your weakest state but He loves you so
much that He will not let you stay in that
same place of hurt.
Resting is surrendering.
Resting is trusting.
"Cast all your anxiety on him
because He cares for you."
1 Peter 5:7
God calls us not because of what we
can do for Him but for what He can
do through us.
“Can I not do to you as this potter
has done to his clay? As the clay is in
the potter’s hand, so are you in My
hand.”
Jeremiah 18:6
God holds everything in the palm
of His hands. Whatever it is that
you are going through, you are
walking closely with Him - leading
and assuring you that He is
working things out for your good
and for His glory as you trust Him.
Know this truth: God can heal
your broken heart and bind up
your wounds- even those which no
one sees.
"The LORD is close to the
brokenhearted; He rescues those
whose spirits are crushed."
Psalm 34:18
When life seems to give more than
what you can take, remember, God’s
grace is sufficient to carry what you
cannot bear.
“And God is able to make all grace
abound toward you; that ye, always
having all sufficiency in all things,
may abound to every good work.”
-2 Corinthians 9:8
“The LORD is my strength and
my shield; my heart trusted in
him, and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly
rejoices; and with my song will
I praise him.” - PSALM 28:7
In times that you feel like your pain and
your struggles are too hard to bear,
remember that as you put your trust in
Him, your story will end in victory.
"I have told you these things, so that in
me you may have peace. In this world you
will have trouble. But take heart! I have
overcome the world."
John 16:33
Trusting God often requires not
knowing HOW God is going to
accomplish what needs to be done
and not knowing WHEN He will do it,
yet, we choose to REMAIN in Him.
"He has made everything BEAUTIFUL
in HIS TIME."
Ecclesiastes 3:11
You keep track of all my sorrows. You
have collected all my tears in your bottle.
You have recorded each one in your book.
You have searched me, LORD, and you
know me. Before a word is on my tongue,

You, Lord, know it completely.

Psalm 56:8, Psalm 139:1,4
"Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name,
you are mine."
Isaiah 43:1

May you find peace and comfort in the

arms of the One who created you.
You. Who feels forgotten and unseen.
You. Who feels small to some and
rejected by many.
You. Who feels lost, hurt and broken.
Nothing is hidden from His sight.
He sees where you are and what you
have been through.
And, He is not just watching over you.
He cares about you!
If you’re tired, it’s okay to admit that you need rest.
If you’re overwhelmed, it’s okay to admit you need
help.
If you don’t know what to do, it’s okay to admit you’re
lost.
It’s okay.

Tired. Overwhelmed. Lost.

Those words don’t get to define you.
It’s okay.

You’re not called to be well all the time.

Rest, ask help, and run to Jesus.
Neither our problems nor the uncertainties
we will face can ever surpass the greatness
of His power and might, and the reason
why we can endure is because of Christ
who continually strengthens us.

Though at times, we stumble, yet the

promise is sure: we will never fall, for the
LORD holds us by his hand.
The peace that we need and the joy of
today can only be found in His presence.
Let us remember what the scripture tells
us:
"Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the
LORD will personally go ahead of you. He
will be with you; He will neither fail you
nor abandon you."
Deuteronomy 31:8
You may be wondering at this point of
suffering, “God, when will this pain, this trial,
this hardship end?”
We may not understand a lot right now, but
whatever it is, He is with us, even if it seems
that He is not around. And so my prayer for
today is that may we remember the past trials
we all went through.
He was there.
He was the one who carried us through it and
He will do it again.
“I am leaving you with a gift—
peace of mind and heart. And the
peace I give is a gift the world
cannot give. So don’t be troubled
or afraid.”
John 14:27

He will calm all your fears.

Trust Him, abide in Him.
Maybe some of us are tired because
of the never ending failures,
disappointments and heartaches
we did not stop experiencing.
He is with us, He knows where we
are and He will never abandon us,
no matter how difficult our
situation is.
Resting is surrendering.
Resting is trusting.
“Come to me, all you who are
weary and burdened, and I will
give you rest. "
Matthew 11:28
“When you call to me,
I will answer you.
I will be with you,
when you are in trouble.”
Psalm 91:15
Whenever you feel discouraged,
remember the past victories that
God has brought you. He will
never forsake those who put
their trust in Him.
He is faithful yesterday, today
and forever.
If God tells us to wait, then there is
no wasted time because He is beyond
time.
His timing might appear to be too
late for us but truth is, it will never
be.

"Wait for the LORD; be strong and

take heart and wait for the LORD."
Psalm 27:14
“For I am the Lord, your healer.”
Exodus 15:26
To those who need healing-
physically, emotionally, mentally and
spiritually, know that God is our great
Healer. His ways maybe higher and far
from ours but His presence is near, He is
with us always.
He is Jehovah-Rapha.
The God who heals.
